Casen
Pilates Instructor
Casen hails from the Southwest, with a lengthy background in movement and teaching. She spent 15 years learning the arts of ballet, tap, modern and jazz dance. During that time she spent 5 years teaching ballet curriculum to students ages 3-7. Casen then moved to Tucson, Arizona where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology with a minor in Psychology. Shortly after graduating Casen moved to Wisconsin with her high school sweetheart where they both began careers at Epic. During this time Casen fell in love with Pilates and Elizabeth’s studio. With her passion for movement and wellness, pursuing a career in Pilates teaching was a natural next step. Casen’s Pilates training comes through UW-Madison while interning under Elizabeth’s guidance. She is looking forward to sharing her Pilates experience with her students.

She has internship over 720 hrs with Elizabeth and is a 5th Generation Pilates Teacher teaching the concepts and movements of Controgy. Cindee believe workouts should be fun and something you look forward to, so she will always aim to bring energy and joy to your classes. When she is not in the studio, she enjoy competing in pageants, trying new coffee spots, arts and crafts, and nature walks. Spanish is her first language, so feel free to chat with her in español.

Niki
Pilates Instructor
Niki recently earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance, a certificate in Pilates, and completed the coursework for Pre-Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After many years as a dancer and countless injuries she sought cross training that would help her heal and become stronger without dancing. She eventually found Pilates and was impressed with the benefits Pilates has to offer. Niki is passionate about helping others and soon after she completed Pilates training she started teaching and spreading her knowledge of movement through Pilates. She also has teaching experience with children through the outreach dance program, Performing Ourselves. She preaches finding a healthy balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.
