Meet the Team

Elizabeth

Owner and Pilates Instructor  

Elizabeth  is the founder and owner of Touch of Pilates. She is passionate about holistic health and desires to help others to reach their health potential. She has been teaching Pilates over 14 years and owned Touch of Pilates for 11 years. Elizabeth training comes  through the Midwest Pilates Institute in WI, which is the first Wisconsin EAB state approved Pilates Teacher Training School in Wisconsin and one of the few state-approved programs in the country. She has experience in teaching all types of bodies. Training with athletes, pregnant women, and fibromyalgia and sciatica clients.  She understands how to work with people with limited range of motion and conditions and how to challenge  everyone’s physical needs and  level in a safe fun loving manner. Her desire is more then just teaching but to inspire you how amazing you are through movement.  

Niki

Pilates Instructor  

Niki recently earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance, a certificate in Pilates, and completed the coursework for Pre-Physical Therapy, while graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After many years as a dancer and countless injuries she sought after cross training that would help her heal and become stronger, without dancing. She eventually fell into Pilates and become obsessed with the benefits Pilates has to offer. Niki is passionate about helping others and soon after she completed Pilates training she started teaching and spreading her knowledge of movement through Pilates. She also has teaching experience with children through the outreach dance program, Performing Ourselves. She preaches finding a healthy balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. While teaching Niki focuses on the mantra: All bodies are unique and all movements have value. Niki strives to focus on the individual and what works best for them. Niki’s goal is to combine her passion for Pilate  

Lindsay

Pilates Instructor  

Lindsay Pelletier holds a certification in Pilates Instruction for all Pilates apparatus and levels from Core Dynamics through Michele Larsson and has been teaching Pilates since 2007. She is experienced in teaching a wide variety of clients ranging from gymnasts, to clients with limited mobility. Lindsay is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)  and a Restorative Exercise™ Specialist with Katy Bowman, Nutritious Movement™  out of Sequim, Washington.   Her other interests include crafting, woodworking, nutrition and gardening.

Maria

Yoga Instructor

Maria Originally from Europe, where she grew up participating in different sports and earned a degrees in Physical Education and Sports. She believes strongly in the power of good nutrition, physical activity, a peaceful mind, and allowing the body to heal itself. When moving to United States in 2017 right after a knee injury, She was introduced to yoga and enjoyed the slow pace that allowed her the ability to be vulnerable while exercising. Shortly after her beginning of a regular self yoga practice, she enrolled in 200h yoga program followed by a 95h yoga course for children. In 2018 she start teaching and sharing her  knowledge with adults, seniors and children. As a preschool teacher, she has been amazed to see the benefits on starting a yoga practice at such an early age. Most of her classes will focus on connecting your breath to your movement,challenging both your body and your mind.  

Keziah

Studio’s Greeter

Keziah loves making people feel right at home.  She will brighten your day and put a smile on your face that  that will get you moving in the right direction. Her charm and loveable personality will melt your heart.  On her spare time she does agility and Pilates with her favorite human. She loves her Pilates people and makes sure that everyone gets her full attention.
